The workarounds

Familiar?

Starting the same job twice.

A request lands in email, then someone copies it into three other places.

Chasing an answer you already have.

The information is in your systems, but finding it is still someone’s afternoon.

Waiting for the one person who knows.

A routine handoff stops whenever the person holding it together steps away.

An actual installation

A new file.
Without the
manual setup.

Professional services firm
In production since May 2026

Before

A file arrived by email. Someone claimed a number from a spreadsheet, built the folder, and pulled public records one lookup at a time.

What Hamato built

An intake system on the firm’s own server. It assigns the file number, creates the folder to the firm’s standard, retrieves the records, and files the documents.

What changed

The setup steps are connected. The records stay in the firm’s own environment.

Still in their hands: staff flag problems, and the firm’s own IT installs each verified release.

The person doing the work

Eddie
Belaval.

Founder & engineer, Hamato

You work directly with me.

I spent twenty years producing and directing television: learning unfamiliar operations, solving problems on the ground, and delivering against a deadline.

Now I build the systems businesses run on. I’m the one who learns your process, builds the fix, and shows up to install it.
