How it starts

02We have one short call, about 30 minutes. We map the problem: what exists, what does not, what the environment looks like.
03If the fit is clear, we scope it tight. What gets built. Where it lives. What you own at the end. The scope is the proposal. There is no deck.
04From there, the method is the same for every engagement: we build it inside your environment, prove it in private, and hand you a system you own. See how it works.
