Installed systems,
not case studies.

The proof of a forward deployment is not a testimonial. It is a system running in the client’s own environment, operated by their own people. We have two engagements. Below is the shape of each, described plainly: no logos we were not given permission to show, no numbers we would have to invent. Client names on request, with their sign-off.

01

Professional services firm, confidential records

In production since May 2026, on the client’s own server.

The problem
New client files arrived by email and were set up by hand. A file number claimed from a spreadsheet, a folder built to the firm’s naming standard, public records pulled one lookup at a time. Skilled people doing clerical work, and the records too sensitive to hand to an outside tool.
What we installed
An intake system on the firm’s own server. A new file arrives, the system claims the next file number from the firm’s own directory, builds the folder the way the firm names it, pulls the public records, and files the documents. Staff can flag a problem from inside the work, and the flag reaches us.
What they own now
The system, the keys, and the machine it runs on. Every release arrives as a bundle we verified first, and their own IT installs it. No vendor dashboard to log into. No records in someone else’s cloud.
02

Back-office operation, a system of record no one could see into

Built and staged. Launching October 2026. Built with Jose Cruz.

The problem
The answers lived in a long-running system of record. Getting them out meant manual exports and re-keying. The signal was already there; the operation could not reach it, and neither could the partners who depend on it.
What we installed
A read-only intake that takes the system of record’s data in the format it already exports, and a partner portal on top of it. We convert; the client never changes how they work. The source of truth is never written to, so it is never put at risk.
What they will own
A live window into their own data, on their own domain, documented so their team runs it. The last step is one DNS change, and it is theirs to make. Their IT owns the perimeter. We own everything inside it.

The proof is that it runs in your environment.

A demo on our machine proves nothing about yours. That is why the install is graded against your own standard before you take the keys. What we point to is not a logo wall. It is a system running in a client’s own environment, operated by their own people.

Want the named references and the detail behind these? We share them directly, with the client’s sign-off, once a fit looks real.
